Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days after arrival of your order. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us with the contact us form.
Provide your order number and details about the item you wish to return or exchange. Our customer service team will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return or exchange process.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for returns. Sticker2Go is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately to report the issue. We will arrange for a replacement item in the event of damage or defect, ensuring your satisfaction. Photographic evidence of the damage will be required to process a replacement.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that certain items are not eligible for return or exchange to ensure the integrity of our products and services. These items include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Gift cards: Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Sale items: Any items purchased during a sale or marked as clearance are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, except in cases where they arrive damaged or defective.
- Custom stickers: Due to their personalized nature, custom stickers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged unless they are found to be defective upon arrival.

Final Sale
