In the event that a package is returned by the shipping company due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we reserve the right to charge a fee of 15 euros to cover shipping and handling costs.

Custom Stickers
Custom-made stickers require careful attention to detail. If the quality of the image provided for a custom-made sticker is not satisfactory, it may result in delays as we work with the customer to ensure their satisfaction.
Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Non-custom made stickers can be returned within 14 days of arrival, provided they have not been used and show no signs of wear or damage.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team via the contact form. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
In the event that you receive a product that does not meet your expectations, please contact us immediately so we can address the issue. The product must be returned in its original condition for a replacement to be issued.
